Rental Policies
Pickup Option Available
Customers may choose to pick up and return rental items themselves. Delivery fees may be waived for customer pickup orders.
Damage & Non-Return Agreement
All rental items remain the property of Deluxe Occasions & Equipment.
By renting equipment, the customer agrees to be responsible for any items that are:
Lost
Stolen
Not returned
Returned damaged
Returned excessively dirty
Returned in unusable condition
A rental agreement/contract will be provided for all rental orders. Customers will be responsible for the replacement cost or repair cost of any damaged or unreturned items.
Reservation Policy
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve rental items and event dates. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date as stated on the invoice.
